Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Please inform me before your appointment if you have any contraindications that may prevent or affect your treatment, including (but not limited to) contagious skin conditions, open wounds, infections, injuries, or any other relevant health concerns.

Please also inform me before your appointment if you are pregnant. Pregnant people can have reflexology, but treatment isn’t recommended during the first trimester.

A guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 16.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
