My reflexology treatments with Pippa have been both deeply relaxing and beneficial. I was immediately put at ease with her open, welcoming, and friendly manner and she has a lovely touch with the actual treatment.
I will definitely be recommending Pippa to friends.

The Reflexology Process
Reflexology is based on the idea that different organs, glands, nerves, and other body systems correspond to reflex points located on the feet and hands.
Stimulating these points with gentle, targeted pressure can relieve pain, promote healing, and provide a deep sense of balance and calm. If you’re curious about the process, here’s what happens when you book a treatment with me.

Appointments are quick and easy to make on Fresha. Simply find an available date and time and make your booking. Once complete, I’ll send you a confirmation email with all your booking details.
-
When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll have a 15-minute consultation to discuss how you’re feeling, your treatment goals, and any worries or concerns you might have. I use this information to tailor your treatment to your individual needs, ensuring your session is as impactful as possible.
-
We’ll then start your foot reflexology treatment, focusing on the symptoms you mentioned during our consultation. The reflexology foot massage lasts 45 minutes, but you can ask me to pause at any time.
My treatment space is designed for uninterrupted me time, and I provide everything you need to feel comfy and relaxed. This includes a silk eye mask, a headset with a meditative playlist, and cosy blankets to help you fully switch off. I also use candles and a diffuser to create a soothing sanctuary, and I heat the treatment bed to keep you feeling snug on cooler days.
Everything I offer is completely optional, and I’ll check in with you before and during the treatment to make sure you’re comfortable.
-
Once the treatment is complete, we’ll sit down to talk about any imbalances or sensitivities I've noticed. We’ll discuss possible next steps and develop a treatment plan, including lifestyle recommendations to support the areas of health you’re having trouble with.
Payment can be made online, or with cash or card at the end of the appointment.

Although I specialise in treatments for women, my reflexology services are suitable for people of all genders
Foot reflexology can be beneficial for girls who are menstruating for the first time, but a guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 16
Pregnant people can have reflexology (it can be great for encouraging birth if you’re past your due date), but treatment isn’t recommended during the first trimester
If you’re wondering how reflexology could work for you, feel free to send me a message, and we can chat about it.
It is such a long time since I've felt this relaxed. The whole experience was so calm, and left me feeling completely relaxed and I enjoyed the best night's sleep afterwards.

Fully Qualified & Insured Reflexology in Cambridge
Hi, I’m Pippa
I first discovered the benefits of foot reflexology through my own experiences with fertility and problem skin. The treatments calmed my nervous system like nothing else I’d tried, and I realised I wanted to offer this incredibly impactful experience to others.
Two years later, I proudly completed my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, and am now a member of The Association of Reflexologists. I've also completed my Level 3 Healthy Eating & Wellbeing qualification, to support my clients with even more of their wellbeing.
A Tranquil Space for Self-Care
My reflexology space is located at The Grey House, a wellbeing hub in Hemingford Grey.

There’s also outdoor seating where you can enjoy lake views on a sunny day while you wait for your appointment.
The location is easily accessible to anyone seeking reflexology in Cambridge, Huntingdon, Godmanchester, St Ives, and other parts of Cambridgeshire.
There’s plenty of free parking on-site if you’re driving, and public transport links are also available.
Fully Accessible Reflexology in Cambridge
My treatments take place in a ground-floor, fully accessible space.
The treatment bed is adjustable, and I also offer seated foot reflexology for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.
Please contact me in advance with any accessibility requirements so I can ensure the space is as comfortable as possible.
This was my first time having reflexology, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Pippa immediately put me at ease, and she really took the time to learn about me, my health, and what I wanted to get out of my session with her.
The treatment itself was extremely relaxing. My mind completely went quiet (a rarity for me), and the pressure and techniques Pippa used felt really nice.
After the treatment, Pippa explained the tensions she'd noticed, and she gave me lots of helpful wellness advice, which I've been able to apply to my daily life

This all depends on you, your needs, and your reflexology goals, and we can work together to develop a treatment plan during your first appointment.
If you’re seeking to restore balance and calm, your nervous system will thank you for blocking out an hour per month for some much-needed me time. Or, if you have specific goals such as trying to conceive, or an acute condition like migraines or inflammation, having reflexology every 1-2 weeks can be effective.
-
Yes, you can! I offer hand reflexology as an alternative for clients who prefer not to have their feet touched.
Please let me know your preference when booking your appointment on Fresha, and I’ll make the necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
-
Many of my clients share the same concerns about discomfort and foot pain, but I can tailor foot reflexology treatments to keep you completely comfortable.
If you’re worried about bunions or arthritis, I can work around sore areas to avoid discomfort. Or, if you’re nervous about being ticklish, I can use firmer pressure to avoid any unpleasant sensations.
-
Not at all! Most clients worry about this, but how your feet look doesn’t matter one bit. You don’t need to have a pedicure or paint your toenails… the only important thing is that you feel relaxed and at ease.
If you have an infection or condition, such as verrucas or athlete’s foot, please send me a message before the treatment date. If the infections are in a small area, I can work around them. Verrucas would need to be covered with a plaster prior to treatment, and if the athlete's foot infection covers a large area, I'd need to work on the hand instead.

My studio is located in Hemingford Grey, which is just 30 minutes from Cambridge, ten minutes from St Ives and Huntingdon, and five minutes from Godmanchester. Public transport links are available, and there's plenty of parking on-site if you're driving. See more about my studio's location.
